Shadow (シャドウ, Shadō^?) is a frilled lizard-like Nanogan that debuts in Bakugan: Evolutions. It is the Nanogan of Howlkor. When turned into Howlkor Strength Mode's Nano-Gear, Shadow becomes the Shadow Ray (シャドウレイ, Shadō Rei^?) satellite cannon on his back.

Shadow is the only Nanogan with cancelled forms to still see cards made and released for the cancelled forms. As the Nanogan toys themselves are not required for gameplay, this makes them the only usable cancelled Nanogan, and the only usable cancelled Bakugan as a whole from Generation 2.
