This Ventus Fighting Style focuses on controlling the opponent by [[Slowed|slowing]] him. When an opponent is slowed, he can only use one Special Move on his turn, even if the Special Move is fast. A good Fighting Style for a Brawler, who wants to learn about Ventus' power to control the pace of a battle.
