Tohga is a spiky blond-haired and yellow-eyed young man with a tall and imposing stature. He has some black face paint at the sides of his forehead and his cheeks. He wears a black hakama, lime green socks; a yellow vest with the inscription of {{nihongo|'''Jyou'''|上|Jyou}}, yellow armbands, yellow shoes; all of which has a pattern of lime green lines.
