==Appearance==
Shagi is a tall, blue-haired young man. He wears a police hat, a blue wetsuit, a navy blue marine coat, and blue shoes. His eyes sometimes darken possibly to give off a dangerous impression to his opponents.

Shagi was [[Harubaru Hinode|Harubaru]] and [[Raichi Kuronashi|Raichi's]] opponent in Round 2 of BakuTech Colisseo. His [[Guardian Bakugan]] is [[Killer Volca]].

He is also a Rare Bakugan Hunter. He won with his Flashing Shoot in one of the games. He and his partner, [[Hyoga]], proved to be an exquisite combination when they overwhelmed Harubaru and Raichi. However, Harubaru and Raichi managed to defeat them when they showed their capability to work as an effective team.

His shooting abilities are "BakuTech Cold Turn" and "BakuTech Downtail".
