-[[Ren]] decides it is finally time to stand up to [[Emperor Barodius]]. [[Dharak]] decides to detach from [[Exokor]] and let it do the fighting for him. Meanwhile, the rest of the [[Battle Brawlers|Brawlers]] are taken down by the [[Twelve Orders]]. Ren seems to be having trouble with Dharak but refuses to let [[Dan]] help him because he has a score to settle with Barodius for forcing him to remain in the darkness. Then [[Linehalt]] suddenly unleashes his [[Forbidden Power|forbidden powers]] but loses control of them and creates a shockwave so powerful it threatens to destroy the planet. Meanwhile, [[Serena Sheen|Queen Serena]] prays to the [[Sacred Orb]] to protect the Brawlers and after the shockwave reaches them, the Sacred Orb sends out [[Dragonoid Colossus]] a spirit that is the Orb's last defense. It stops Linehalt's powers and defeats him then disappears into Dan's [[BakuMeter]]. After seeing this, Emperor Barodius and the Twelve Orders decide to retreat. After the battle, Ren approaches the Brawlers and decides he needs to live in solitude to prevent the forbidden powers from being unleashed but the Brawlers convince him that they simply need to be controlled. Relieved, he transforms back into his human disguise and rejoins the Brawlers. Everyone welcomes him back except for [[Fabia]] who stands away from everyone else and seems to still distrust Ren.
