Description
Bakugan.com (outdated)
The Saurus are tough, hardcore Brawlers. Dismissing strategy and camouflage as excess baggage in Battle, they attack their opponents head on and leave little to the imagination. Nothing makes the Saurus happier then to see their victims actually believe they stood a chance prior to the Brawl. It is only after all hope has been erased with a hammer of pain that the Saurus is satisfied to continue on their way.
Saurus is a tough, hardcore brawler. Saurus attacks his enemy head on and leaves little to the imagination - he has a straight-forward fighting style. He has a quick temper and can break the ground in two with mighty punches. When horns break off, the horns will instantly grow back. Short in stature, he is nearly impossible to knock over due to his immense weight.
No frills. No fuss. Saurus doesn't worry about strategy or fancy camouflage. This Bakugan comes out swinging, using brute force alone to subdue its opponents. What does a Saurus makes of challengers who believe they stand a chance? Nothing makes this tough Bakugan happier than to smash a hopeful foe into nothing.
Jewls, Shuji, and Akira all had Subterra ones. An Aquos, Ventus, and Darkus Saurus were seen on a Michael Gehabich video.
An unnamed Vestal Brawler used a second Pyrus Saurus when battling Spectra with Viper Helios and lost. Another Pyrus Saurus was seen on Spectra's computer screen for a brief moment while Mira looked through it.

Bakugan: Ultimate Handbook
This scorpion-like Bakugan has two major methods of attack: It can slice through obstacles with its powerful pincers or poison its opponents with its sharp tail. For defense, Stinglash counts on its exoskeleton, which is made of nearly indestructible titanium steel.

Information
Description
Gargonoid is a humanoid creature with the face and wings of a gargoyle. Spines adorn the tips of its massive wings. He has massively sharp horns on his head and claw-like fingernails.

Bakugan Official Handbook
If Gargonoid isn't moving, you might mistake it for a gargoyle. Its face and powerful wings make it look like one of those stone creatures. But you won't find Gargonoid sitting on top of a roof. Like all Bakugan, this warrior loves to brawl!

Bakugan: Ultimate Handbook
Gargonoid resembles a gargoyle, one of those creepy stone statues mounted on buildings to scare off evil spirits. On the field, Gargonoid does a good job of scaring his opponents. His wings are tipped with sharp spikes. His long, curved horns are dangerous weapons and his clawed hands can shred just about anything in his path. Top that off with a scary gargoyle face and you've got one frightening foe.

Anime
Bakugan Battle Brawlers
Darkus Gargonoids were used in the anime as foot soldiers when Naga's army invaded Earth and as an army in the hybrid Pyrus, Darkus world of Vestroia. There were also Pyrus Serpenoids. Jenny had an Aquos Gargonoid.
